  Officers of the Hispanic Baptist Convention of Texas and the Baptist General Convention of Texas have agreed to meet together to work on a revised unification agreement between the two groups.

  About 1,000 people turned out– and 60 people made professions of faith in Christ– at a donkey basketball game that featured Vernon-area high school teachers, firefighters and a college softball team.
