  Chaplain brings ministry to TV audience’s homes

  Last year, First Baptist Church in San Antonio increased the number of volunteers to its television ministry, and Julie Webster came on board as chaplain. Rather than just praying with people who called, the volunteers ask if a follow-up call or visit from a chaplain would be acceptable. The response has been remarkable.
