Howard Payne University’s Woman’s Club honored Debra Wilson with the 2015 Yellow Rose Award. The award is presented annually to a woman who has exhibited leadership within her sphere of influence, who has exhibited fiscal, emotional or physical support to the university, and who represents Christian values and beliefs.

Participants will receive an overview of foster care and adoption options in Texas, including foster-to-adopt, Waiting Texas Children, and domestic infant adoption and international adoption programs.
