• Seeing the hand of God

  Our last destination for our summer mission was Puebla, Mexico. Even though we were only there for eight days, it felt that we had been there a whole month. During those days, Eunice and I worked with five churches in five towns—San Luis Ajajalpan, San Luis, Sab Pablo, Tepeaca and Yehualtepec. This meant we were only with a church for 24 hours or 48 hours maximum, making our time in Puebla extremely busy and hectic.

• Faithfulness through patience

  One Saturday, my partner Jacey and I decided to get something to eat. While we were at the fast-food restaurant, Jacey pointed out a couple. The man was signing to his wife about what to get for dinner. I couldn’t take my eyes away.
